• Determine scope of services via site visit or by phone
• Determine estimate time/cost of project
• Determine authorization/approval process (who, when, where)
• Determine target date for completion of project (subject to change depending on home repairs or home improvements
• Determine trouble spots
• Determine curb appeal
• Make room-by-room assessments
• Lighting and color recommendation
• Furniture placement
• Enhancing curb appeal (if applicable)

Home Staging Fees

• Initial consultation fee: $300
• Hourly rate: $120

Total cost contingent upon scope of project. Fees can also be charged on a flat-fee basis.
